Pastor Ren and Leah met during a mission's trip to the Philippines in 1988.  On one wonderfully fateful day, during a mission's briefing, Leah dropped her pen as Pastor Ren walked by her desk.  Pastor Ren picked up Leah's pen, handing it back to the woman who would become the love of his life.  Pastor Ren and Leah have five sons and 8 grandchildren.  Each of their five sons are serving in the ministry for the Lord.  Pastor Ren, with his wife at his side, has been senior pastor of New Hope Community Church since 2012, with two campuses in Hawaiian Gardens and Temecula area.  Pastor Ren is passionate about sharing the gospel, and seeing lives change for the Lord. His hope and dream is that we grow in a community of believers and fulfill the great commission of Jesus Christ.
